I am very excited about leading Vinyasa Yoga classes on Mondays at 1900 uur and Boxing Bag classes on Wednesdays at 20.00 uur at Dieze gym.
My athletic background is as a professional footballer where I played in Ireland and Scotland. During my football career I incorporated Boxing and Yoga into my training regime which took my fitness to new levels. Boxing massively improved my cardio and Yoga improved my flexibility.
After retiring from football I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in India and began teaching in Australia before returning to Europe where I settled in the Netherlands. The calming yin of yoga and the explosive yang of boxing gives me a great sense of balance in life.
